I've always been drawn to real estate investment and flipping property. I attempted to purchase my first investment property in NJ when I was 19 years old. I later got involved in assisting others with their flips. I moved down to Charlotte in 2005 and thought this would be a great market for real estate investment. The economy took a rough turn with the housing bubble bursting, so that put a strong halt to my plans. I now have two houses here in Charlotte, one of which my girlfriend and I are renovating. We purchased this house in 2011 as a foreclosure in a transitional area. We've uncovered a lot interesting things in this house. We jumped into this prepared to roll up our sleeves and get dirty.
